In which Possum recounts his experiences as an offender in the system.

Possum Bones is autistic. He has identified as a dirty kid in the past, and he’s attended multiple rainbow gatherings. He has several years left to serve in the Washington Correctional system.

He has been making art since he could sit up. He communicates better in writing than speech. List of complaints

Today breakfast didn't come til 1030 and was completely cold .( Neither of those things would normally bother me but I understand they would be a problem for most people. ) But since it was biscuit ( singular ) and gravy the gravy was completely congealed, so it did mess it up. Also, there was no salt, no pepper, and no sugar , so I didn't attempt to choke down the plain oatmeal . The c.o. yelled at me because I said I didn't drink milk and he got frustrated and yelled at me to throw it away for him. Also, it is freezing in here because of the fans they have constantly going.

I'm going to keep listing these, not to complain but so there's a list.

UPDATE

Add this to the list of complaints.

They're running out of medication . Yesterday they had to take my medication from the emergency stock so they had to give me 4 250s. Today the nurse handed me two 250s . I said, ' I need two more of those ' . She realized that my dose is 1000mg but was unable to find another 500mg. She said shed have to come back in an hour. I explained to her that i had been given half my dose before and felt side effects the next day. Headache, agitation, etc . She said shed come back in an hour.


Of course in a situation where your only way to ask for help is to press a button and ask the c.o., you can't even write a grievance, or a medical kite ...
Well, I can't help but worry that she just won't come back.

The WiFi in here is so bad I can't even send emails. I have to try like 3 times and wait 5 minutes between tries .
