Orcs arent as good as goblins. See, the orcs are brutish and generally hierarchical almost step in line types. They aren't very creative. I appreciate their crudeness, but thats all they have in common with goblins. Goblins are craft, clever, and most importantly, rebellious and antiestablishment by nature. The goblin is a Rat archetype, while the orc is more of an aggressive but ultimately domestic canid.
Goblins are known for their kitchen chemistry , explosives, plots and schemes, and appreciation for humor. They have a rich oral tradition recounting tales of past calamities they've perpetrated upon eachother and upon the stodgier, more uptight hominids.
