Casein is actually MORE correctable than gouache or any media: the correction I just made would not have been possible with gouache. If the layer beneath the layer you're correcting is permanent dry , then you can scrub off the top layer WITHOUT AFFECTING THE PERMANENT LAYER. Brilliant.
