FLCL without Tom Servo

It's the second episode and a killer robot has yet to burst from a nubile young mans skull-boner . So, its a non starter. The cell shading looks like a tequila sunrise as described by one of those fancy new fangled AIs that makes up crap pictures for people who can't draw. It looks like the beta version of a ps2 game, and not in a good way. Cell shading can be used right if its done in concert with more traditional animation techniques and tastefully like the way studio trigger does it. But I've seen CGI porn that was better rendered than this. Ill admit it doesn't help my attitude that this abomination is claiming to be an extension of FLCL ... an actual work of art ( Perhaps in the way after you take a good dump, sometimes there's a sort of minor anal spasm and you can't always tell if you have more of the good stuff to expel , so you just sit there and squelch out a tiny amount of afterbirth. ) In this and in FLCL alternative I noticed they didn't even SAY the phrase furi kuri. At least not yet in grunge ... they've only aired two episodes so far ( We have to stop this before the next one. ) I like toonami in theory but... this is owch. Rockians !? Really ? I need Crow and Tom Servo with this.
