The customer base is locked in a cage

God. Dammit. The podcasts and WiFi already stopped working again , What the fuck !? I havent had real access to the music we paid for access to for at least 3 months now. The phones have been going down and back up in the last few days but really, if you think about it, on a large scale, the phones have been unreliable since the time securus took over . You can't even force these tablets to shut down by holding down the power button, there's NOTHING, NOTHING the end user can do to troubleshoot problems AT ALL, they took away the goddamned keyboards on the fucking media kiosk so now its basically impossible to type more than a couple sentences on that stupid touch screen ... Representatives from securus showed up once , set up this fraud, showed up one more time at Stafford to hand out tablets again a few months ago and we haven't seen hide nor tail of them since ! Nothing ! This is a prime example of the abuse of the inmate population by private interest , corporate dealings that would NEVER, never happen if the customer base weren't locked in a cage. Some withered Palpatine makes this deal in the back of a greasy strip club , both parties make millions, and every underling is forced to nod and shrug while the inmate populace is made to swallow a bogus product. Not to mention, they basically forced us all to give up our old tablets , which were so bad nobody imagined they could come up with something worse... All these policies and deals written in a way that on paper, sounds progressive but in actuality, its just a farce.
