Possum Bones is autistic. He has identified as a dirty kid in the past, and he’s attended multiple rainbow gatherings. He has several years left to serve in the Washington Correctional system.

He has been making art since he could sit up. He communicates better in writing than speech. the avengers franchise- just think how Western the name. the Avengers. its not even " the justice league " . its all about vengeance, forget about reconciliation.

ye, I sort of hate the avengers guardians of the galaxy, these movies... superhero movies... I was never a fan of those specific comics ( I did read suicide squad and the secret six... to my shame ... ) and I object to comics being represented this way . its like if all literature was represented in cinema by the works of James Patterson and Dean Koontz . or if you were talking to someone and you said something about a piece of literature and they said , " oh yea that's a great movie ! ". because thanks to Spiderman, the avengers , guardians of the galaxy movies , now if I say I like comics or bring up any mainstream hero that has some comics that are actually good ( batman ... uh... x men? ... not easy! there are some surprisingly good superman comics too. red sun, all star superman ...) then people will inevitable shit out their mouths something like " I like dead pool . " because he's in a movie ( by the way, I fucking hate dead pool . David and Riley will probably both disagree with me but I haven't seen a single instance of dead pool that hasn't been commercialized crap disguised as edgy internet memey humor .) then they go and do The Boys and Preacher . let me tell you there was zero chance of them getting preacher right and there's very little chance of them getting the boys right. This is like " Oedipus Rex: the Wacky TV Series!!! Fridays at 10 on fx " you just can't show what goes on in the boys on TV. we might claim this is modern times, but Garth Ennis 's work is beyond our countries level of tolerance for subversive material. babies get munched, teens get exploited sexually by a super hero who wears the American ideal on his breast, robots have uncontrollable homosexual urges... guts are removed. to hide or only hint at any of these things would be flying in the face of the spirit the comic was made in. Garth Ennis was always about full disclosure . I bet he would freely admit disturbing truths about himself , comforted by the confidence he has that others have the same darkness in their hearts and that is dwarfed by the darkness of societies eagerness to accept the lies it has been sold by an ultimately fascist world order.

I'm so glad Ennis has found success. but underground comics need to remain underground to preserve their integrity. if you put the truth out on a plate and leave it in the kitchen , it'll be eaten by rats before the morning. It belongs in the fridge where if a real human being wants to access it, they can choose to do so. but in this country... most people aren’t interested. " we don't want our brains, " they cry " give us our future ! " ... in Battle Angel Alita when she tries to tell the Tiphareans that to become an official member of Tipharean society the secret is, they have to have their brains replace with computer chips. upon hearing the children's response prof nova laughs an says " what did you expect ? " to Alita.

comics are my ideal so manifestations of comics that have gone wrong in my eyes are the ugliest thing to me... like the CEO of Lockheed-Martin on a spiritual retreat to Peru.

I'm reading Michael Moorcock's " multi verse ". this is the third book titled multiverse I have read... one was a non graphic novel. the other was Morrison. hm... copyright 1997. seeing some definite parallels between this and the Invisibles .
